Adventures at the Sewing Machine

In the last few months I have been sewing up a storm so I thought I might bring my readers up to date and show what I have completed.  What a shock when I realized I had zilch, zero, niente, nada, to share.  I’m embarrassed to say I have started a few new projects, quite a few in fact.  The good news is that I am very close to finishing five or six.  I have come to the point where I have had to admit that I am not getting any younger and I have tons, literally, of fabric.  I’m trying to make a dent.  This morning I noticed some of my shelves are no longer overflowing.  That is great news.  One of my secrets to plowing through the fabric is to make tops and backs and deliver those to the wonderful long-arm quilter, Valerie Graf.  She is my saving grace.  This morning I delivered four quilts and picked up three.  Now if I would just get back to my studio and put on the bindings, I will have many Works in Progress to move to finished quilts in Gallery 1, my personal on-line gallery above.  I working on a Clean Sweep in my studio.  It will happen!
